Leave cuts checked if you want them included. If you remove a cut, it will be added to ground beef unless otherwise specified.

Unwanted cuts default to ground beef unless you leave another instruction.
All steaks are cut to 1.5 inch thickness by default.

Standard packaging defaults:

  • Ground beef: 1 lb packages
  • Stew meat: 1 lb packages
  • Steaks: 1.5 inch
  • Roasts: 4 lb packages
