Pay your $100 deposit to reserve your Quarter, Half, or Whole side of beef. Once your order has been processed, we will contact you to let you know the total hanging weight and final price (calculated at $5.58/lb). Please allow for some natural variation.
Quarter - approximately 140 lbs (hanging weight) of mixed hind and rear cuts will take up 4-5 cubic freezer space
Half - approximately 280 lbs (hanging weight) will take up 8-10 cubic feet of freezer space
Whole - approximately 560 lbs (hanging weight) will take up 16-20 cubic feet of freezer space.
Once your deposit has been received, you will receive an email confirmation. Please see our Cut Sheet, then fill this out and send it back to us at sales@glcranch.com so we can schedule your cow for processing. Once we have a final weight, we will contact you to let you know the final price and estimated pick-up date.
