Reserve your locally raised beef by placing a $100 deposit and selecting your cutting preferences through our online Beef Share Builder.

How the Process Works

1. Select your share size and customize your cut preferences using the Beef Share Builder.
2. Place your $100 deposit to reserve your animal.
3. Once your order is processed, we schedule your beef for processing.
4. We will contact you when the final hanging weight and price are determined.
5. Your remaining balance is due when you pick up your beef.

Final pickup will take place at The Farm Store in Loreauville.

Please note that we are unable to offer shipping, delivery, or Farmer's Market pickup for custom beef orders.

Estimated Share Sizes

The following reference is for informational purposes only. Actual weights and final prices vary by animal.

Quarter Beef

• Hanging weight: 120 – 140 lbs
• Freezer space required: 4 – 5 cubic feet
• Estimated final price: $719 – $839

Half Beef

• Hanging weight: 240 – 280 lbs
• Freezer space required: 8 – 10 cubic feet
• Estimated final price: $1438 – $1677

Whole Beef

• Hanging weight: 480 – 560 lbs
• Freezer space required: 16 – 20 cubic feet
• Estimated final price: $2875 – $3354

Final Payment

Your deposit reserves your share. Once the animal has been processed and the final hanging weight is determined, we will contact you with the final total and pickup date.

The remaining balance will be due when you pick up your order at The Farm Store.
